”HANNAH TIME

Hannah Montana was the hottest ticket at the 2008 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.   Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, set the Rodeo record for top paid attendance for a single show, which took place on March 4, 2008, when 73,291 fans paid to see her performance.
KILT-FM and a local car dealership were part of the action with its “Hannah Time” promotion that drove both terrestrial listening and on-line registrations helping to build a custom email database for a local car dealership.
 
The Execution-
•Listeners were directed to KILT.com to subscribe for a daily ‘Hannah Time” email within the daily email. KILT-FM provided subscribers the secret times to listen that day to call and win the tickets live on 100.3 KILT-FM.

•2 pairs of Hannah Montana tickets per day were given away on-air Monday- Friday during the entire month of February equaling 40 pairs of tickets to the sold out show.

•KILT-FM sent an email announcement to 50,000+ Loyal Listener Club email opt- in members on February 2nd inviting our Loyal Listeners to subscribe to a special  “Hannah Time” daily email blast building an instant opt-in database for the sponsoring car dealership. The sponsoring car dealership was branded within all the daily “Hannah Time” daily email blasts.

•Email blasts providing 21 total daily exposures to over 1,700 subscribers. This unique opportunity provided the sponsoring car dealership the opportunity to provide discount oil changes, special dealer discounts and custom dealer promotions throughout the month long promotion.

 



Dads and Grads
100.3 KILT-FM, along with sister stations HOT 95-7 and SportsRadio 610, signed up over 30 clients for a gigantic HALF-PRICE virtual shopping mall for Father's Day presents and gifts for your favorite grads.  Each client gets on-air mentions and on-line shoppers two weeks before Father's Day and during the height of graduation ceremonies.  Listeners of  the stations go on line and pay $25 (in most cases) for a $50 gift certificate to local area restaurants, golf courses, cigar shops, spas and more. 



The CBS Station Rewards Program is similar to a frequent flyer program, rewarding listeners participating with CBS websites.  The more points listeners earn, the more chances they have to win or redeem their points for prizes and rewards.

 

  1. CBS Rewards Program is designed to run on multiple stations by creating a virtual remote for clients.  It’s database marketing to loyal website members with trivia, focus groups, lead generation and list development.
    Advertisers benefit with many features provided by the CBS Rewards Program:

    Use Sweepstakes to give away prizes.
    Use Trivia to have listeners learn about our advertisers.
    Use Bonus Sites to drive traffic to a client website.
    Use Bonus Codes to drive traffic on-site or to client website.
    Use Redemptions to give away a lot of prizes or gift certificates to generate sampling.
    Use Surveys to provide clients with consumer information and leads.
